Ilocation couldn t be better. Rooms on a bit smaller side but we were all day out so we used hotel just for shover, sleep and breakfast. For this hotel was great. Beds comfortable overall nice and clean rooms. Had to ask couple of times for shower gel and toilet paper as not always automatically replenished by cleaner. Staff was great, always helpfull and polite. Breakfas t repetitive but for our 4 nigbt stay was more then enought. Also quite wide variety of food so no problem there. Really enjoyed our stay at Anadolu hotel. Well recommend to people who traveling to see Istsnbul not staying in the room.

The location is amazing! We could see Hagia Sofia from our balcony! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was awesome with a lot of options. The room was nice with black out curtains, just had to get used to call to prayer!

We spent 6 nights at Anadolu Hotel in Istanbul at the end of September/early October 2023. The location (in the heart of Sultanahmet) was perfect for us, as we walked to all the sites we wished to see. The man who manages the hotel was pleasant & very helpful. Our Standard Twin Room was clean, small, and basic. No refrigerator. Good windows; you could hear the calls to prayer, but the sound was muted. We liked that the room did not have carpeting, and that the room received daily servicing. They offer a very pleasant buffet breakfast, with two dining areas. A couple of sweet cats. Nice view of Hagia Sofia from the roof. Location, breakfast, staff: We would stay here again.

Our stay at Anadolu Hotel was wonderful! The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, served in a pleasant atmosphere. We truly felt at home, with a touch of Istanbul magic at every corner. A special thanks to the manager Ismail and the entire staff – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We warmly recommend Anadolu Hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable place to stay in the heart of historic Istanbul. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay thanks to the lovely staff - from the super kind manager, to the wonderful lady who prepared a lovely breakfast, to the night receptionist who helped us book a taxi to the bus station. At this price point you can't expect luxury, but you will certainly be treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The rooms are cleaned daily, the location is perfect (with a stunning view of Hagia Sophia + easy access to the T1 tram line), and breakfast was out of this world delicious.

The location was perfectly central but also a crucial step back from the mayhem. I have stayed on the south east side of the old city before, the Anadolu was a better choice this time. It was on the correct side of the mosques to easily jump on and off the tram to get to other popular areas. The staff were absolutely lovely - you cannot fault Turkish hospitality. The concierge gave me great advice for a Bosphorus river cruise, and helped me out with other questions, no problems. The property and room perfectly met my expectations for a no frills price. There was a pretty courtyard which I used every morning. The breakfast was not fancy but generous, again in line with my expectations. Actually, a bit above. Also - they have an outsourced Room Service feature, a QR code thing, which is kind of like an Uber eats, but for absolutely anything you can think of beyond just food, eg; hiring strollers, hair grooming tools, massages etc etc.

The hotel was in a perfect location between Aya Sophia mosque and Golhane and tram station just as described in booking, My room was with Aya Sophia view and it was just relaxing watching it also watching Indian green parrots flying from and to Golhane in the afternoons from my balcony, definitely coming back if I visit Istanbul again Breakfast was good in both garden and inside, very friendly and supportive staff especially Mr Ismael and ladies,

It was situated very close to most of historical sites. Just at a five minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosqe. Though it was a small hotel but all the amenities are exceptionally good such as very neat and clean room and wash room ,nicely conditioned ,reasonably spaced and above all highly courteous and friendly staff. Ambiance and quality of Breakfast was reasonably good . Mr.Ismail (Manager) was excitedly cordial and helpful besides Miss Nuray, Ummu and Muhammad were all very courteous and awesomely helpful. I thank them all.

Great budget hotel for anyone who wants to explore amazing city of Istanbul. Close to the main attractions (Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern - literally 5min by foot from the hotel, Topkapi Palace - 10min, Grand Bazaar - 15min), many different transportation options and shops/restaurants. The owners are super friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is simple, but always fresh and sufficient, you can eat as much as you want. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

My 75 year old Father was travelling alone and had a 4 days stay at hotel . My father have very little knowledge of Internet and smart phone so we were worried to get in contact with my father . Hotel arranged the Taxi and the hotel got in contact with us as soon they have received my Father . As soon he arrived at hotel, the hotel staff contact us via whatsapp and helped my father all the way . Communication with hotel was Brilliant . Hotel is only 5 minute walk from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque . Thank You Anadolu Hotel .
